Pros

Cons

There are some leakage issues if not seated upright as you would be with a nursing infant.   But by adding a silicone seal these are said to be eliminated.   Newer bottles have also said to have addressed this issue.

There is a squeak that can be heard which is annoying, but a small dab of vaseline on the contact areas where the handle and lever meet will silence the noise.

For some the milk has gotten up under the cushion, but they have found to get as much milk without the cushion as well.  Again, not a complaint of many.
